We had enough.
We were tired of our family arguing over him. Of being horrified every time we checked our newsfeed. Tired of the memes, of being angry. Even tired of the jokes.
So on President's Day, we turned Trump into an internet refugee. Just one day, to digitally protest Trump, and remember what life was like (and will one-day be like) without Trump as President.
By encouraging people to download a filter that blocks all Trump-related media and unfollow his presidential Twitter, we were able to get a much needed break. Trump wants to make people into outcasts. So we made him into one too.
Our event quickly went viral, getting write-ups from Fox News, The Hollywood Reporter and even receiving celebrity support from Rose McGowen and Hannah Simone.
